Kate has been involved in sport at state and national level for athletics and cross country during her school days, and continued to coach cross country during her university studies. Having seen a dietitian herself to provide individualised nutritional advice for training and race days really highlighted to Kate the importance of nutrition for sport performance.
Her love of running continues as she completed the 2015 Gold Coast Marathon and aims to add more marathons to her list! Kate has a keen interest in nutrition for endurance sports, and knows first hand how important the right nutrition plan is.
