Michelle has been in clinical practice for 22 years since graduating from the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences with a Diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage. Michelle has extensive experience that has seen her work with many Australian and International sports people, teams and organisations. Michelle toured with the Irish stage production ‘Riverdance – The Show’ throughout America in 2001 following four years work in the UK with the London Broncos Rugby League Club.
Michelle’s own sporting background as a Track and Field sprinter saw her represent Australia at the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games in the 400m and the 4x 400m relay. She works with clients to maximise ‘best body practice’ towards better health and wellbeing in today’s stressful world. Michelle supports both proactive and reactive strategies for her clients where equal time is given to preventative measures as well as overcoming existing problems.
