Aimee completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in 2000 and then relocated to London to work in private practice, specialising in sports injuries and rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates. After finishing several marathons herself, she developed a close relationship with the athletic community, focusing on long distance running, trekking and endurance events. Since returning to Australia in late 2007, Aimee has worked with Pat Carroll’s Running Group and the Fidler Sports Triathlon Squad and enjoys treating runners of all experience, from weekend joggers to marathon runners.
Most recently Aimee has become focused on sports rehabilitation and worked with the Brisbane Lions AFL team through seasons 2014 and 2015, including running their Pilates program. Aimee has a keen interest in both antenatal and postnatal care. Her understanding of this area has grown as she has had 4 young children of her own.
Aimee is currently on maternity leave.
