At our Exercise Physiology and Fitness Gym in Woolloongabba, we offer group fitness classes. See below our weekly fitness timetable. Join us in house for boxing, strength, cross and cardio training!

6:00am – 7:00am: Cross Training

9:00am – 10:00am: Women’s Cardio Training

12:30pm – 1:30pm: Strength Training

6:00pm – 7:00pm: Strength Training

5:30am – 6:30am: Boxing Training

6:00pm – 7:00pm: Cardio Training

6:00am – 7:00am: Cardio Training

9:00am – 10:00am: Women’s Strength Training

12:30pm – 1:30pm: Cardio Training

5:30am – 6:30am: Strength Training

6:00pm – 7:00pm: Cross Training

6:00am – 7:00am Cross Training

9:00am – 10:00am Women’s Cross Training

6:00pm – 7:00pm: Cross Training

7:00am – 8:30am: Super Saturday
