Connor Bloss is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and over six years of clinical experience. He combines evidence-based rehabilitation with strength and conditioning principles to deliver individualised exercise interventions that restore function, enhance performance, and improve long-term health. Connor works with clients across the lifespan, from developing athletes and competitive sportspeople returning from injury to older adults seeking to maintain strength, independence, and quality of life.
Connor has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injury management, healthy ageing, and performance optimisation. Drawing on his background in Australian Rules Football and his own experience recovering from significant sporting injuries, he understands both the physical and psychological challenges associated with rehabilitation. His clinical approach is centred on identifying the underlying contributors to pain and movement dysfunction, empowering clients through education, and developing tailored exercise programs that build resilience and support lasting outcomes.
Alongside his clinical practice, Connor has worked extensively with athletes across a variety of sporting codes, supporting injury rehabilitation, return-to-performance planning, athletic development, and objective physical testing. His experience in both clinical rehabilitation and strength and conditioning enables him to bridge the gap between injury recovery and performance, ensuring clients return to activity with confidence and the physical capacity to perform at their best.
