Adam Garred is an experienced Exercise Physiologist and a key leader within the clinic, currently serving as a Director and the EP Clinical Manager at QSMC. With a career spanning over fifteen years in high-performance environments, Adam has developed a reputation for excellence in athletic preparation and rehabilitation. His elite portfolio is highlighted by his work with members of the Australian Olympic Swimming team in the lead-up to the 2012 London Olympics, as well as extensive experience supporting athletes across cricket, motorsports, football, water polo, and netball.

Adam clinical focus in complex musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports performance, with a particular clinical focus on shoulder, hip, and knee rehabilitation. He is highly regarded for his extensive experience in managing bone stress injuries and guiding recreational and elite runners through comprehensive rehabilitation and performance programs. His approach integrates advanced musculoskeletal knowledge with practical strength and conditioning principles to support athletes of all levels and post-surgical patients in supporting athletes of all levels in working towards their performance and lifestyle goals..

In addition to his clinical practice, Adam plays a vital role in the professional development of the team as a clinical manager and mentor. His leadership experience includes significant tenures as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at UQ Rugby and the Redlands AFC. This depth of experience allows him to bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and elite-level performance, ensuring every client receives evidence-based care tailored to their specific sporting or lifestyle goals.
