Football

Soccer, known for its dynamic and strategic gameplay, subjects players to a variety physical demands. The sport involves a constant shift between sprinting, cutting, jumping, and quick directional changes. This dynamic combination requires athletes to not only demonstrate technical skill but also endure the physical strains that come with the game. Understanding the specific stresses placed on soccer players is crucial for providing targeted physiotherapy care.

The rapid and unpredictable nature of soccer can result in various injuries and strains on the body, particularly on the lower limbs. Common injuries such as hamstring strains, ankle sprains, knee and overuse injuries are just some of the problems that come from the swift changes in direction and repetitive nature of this sport.
