MONIQUE TAYLOR

Monique is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from Queensland University of Technology. She guides her practice with a client-centred approach, enjoys helping all clients, and loves educating people about the role of exercise as medicine. Monique has had opportunities to work with clients living with neurological conditions in particular spinal cord injuries, parkinsons and multiple sclerosis, in addition to this, she has been exposed to a broader range of chronic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, MSK issues and Women’s Health. Monique currently works as a sports trainer for a local Rugby Union team and has previously worked with Souths Rugby Union, Mayne Tigers AFC, and UQ Touch Football.

Interests:

– Older adults (falls risk and osteoarthritis/osteoporosis)
– Women’s health (menopause and pregnancy)
