Senior Exercise Physiologist

Stef Court

With over 15 years of industry experience and a strong Strength and Conditioning, Pilates and Running background, Stefanie is a versatile and skilled Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She has a passion for helping those with mid to long term conditions, including chronic lower back pain, mental health conditions, or women’s health issues. Helping women from fertility, through pregnancy and postnatal rehabilitation, has been a rewarding part of her role at QSMC.

Stefanie enjoys designing specific and individualised exercise programs to help clients reduce the attributes of frailty, a common limitation experienced by those over the age of 65. Frailty increases the risk of falls, physical injury or illness, and a loss of independence. The attributes of frailty include, unintentional weight loss, fatigue or exercise intolerance, weakness, slowed motor performance and poor balance, and low physical activity.

Stefanie is an empathetic and dedicated problem-solver excited to work with you to achieve your physical goals.
