Stefanie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with over 15 years of experience in delivering evidence-based exercise interventions. She has a strong background in Strength & Conditioning, Pilates, and Running and works with clients to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being through personalised exercise programs.
She has experience supporting clients in areas such as:
Women’s Health – Supporting women through menopause, pelvic floor dysfunction, osteoporosis, fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal rehabilitation.
Hypermobility & Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) – Enhancing joint stability, strength, and proprioception to reduce pain and prevent injury.
Autonomic Diseases – Managing symptoms of conditions like POTS with targeted exercise to improve cardiovascular fitness and daily function.
Neurological Conditions – Assisting clients with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and stroke recovery, focusing on mobility, balance, and independence.
Surgery & Injury Rehabilitation – Providing pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation, including joint replacements, to restore strength and function.
Frailty & Healthy Ageing – Designing programs to reduce the attributes of frailty in adults over 65, helping to prevent falls, injuries, and loss of independence.
Postpartum Return to Impact – Guiding new mothers safely back to high-impact activities, prioritising pelvic floor health and strength restoration.
