Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Stef Court

Stef Court is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). She has an extensive background in delivering evidence-based exercise interventions for complex and chronic conditions. In particular, Stef has substantial experience in managing multi-factorial presentations where pain, fatigue, and movement dysfunction intersect. Her clinical approach is rooted in restoring function and long-term independence, drawing on her experience in strength and conditioning to support clients across the lifespan.

Stefanie’s clinical focus is broad, with a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, persistent pain management, and chronic disease. She is highly regarded for her work with complex conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), hypermobility, fibromyalgia, and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). Additionally, she provides specialised support for women’s health, including hormonal health and pregnancy/postnatal considerations, and is passionate about creating inclusive, adaptable environments for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Prior to her career in exercise physiology, Stefanie’s professional journey included a significant tenure as a school teacher, a role that continues to inform her clinical practice through clear communication and tailored education strategies. This educational foundation is complemented by her status as an elite Les Mills group fitness instructor, where she developed high-level skills in coaching large groups and adapting movement for varying abilities. She holds a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) and is an active member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).

Stefanie enjoys helping clients navigate chronic conditions or guiding athletes back to running. Ultimately, her greatest reward is seeing people move from fear to independence. Outside of the clinic, she manages a busy household with her two young boys and a small menagerie of dogs and cats. A prolific reader who can breeze through 100 books a year, Stefanie also enjoys running, strength training, and being part of inclusive community spaces. You’ll rarely find her without a lactose-free latte in hand to start the day, though she’s equally partial to a good glass of red wine once the sun goes down.
