Health Aging Group Class

Healthy Aging Group Class

Aging well means staying active, independent, and empowered to live life to the best of your ability. But as we get older, maintaining strength, mobility, and confidence in movement becomes increasingly important – especially for managing chronic conditions, preventing falls, and supporting overall wellbeing.

Our new Healthy Aging Group Class is a safe, supportive, and structured program designed specifically for individuals aged 50 and over who want to stay strong, capable, and connected.

With age-appropriate programming, expert guidance, and a sense of community, these classes aim to help participants improve fitness, enhance functional movement, and support healthy aging through targeted exercise and education.

Led by Exercise Physiologists Connor Bloss, Alannah Mathews and Monique Taylor, our Healthy Aging Group Classes are built around the unique needs of older adults. Whether your goals are to improve balance, improve bone density, build strength, manage a chronic condition, or simply move with greater confidence, this program provides a personalised approach in a small group setting.
Each participant follows an individualised plan, developed through initial assessments and updated every 12 weeks through ongoing reassessment.

The Healthy Aging program is designed to:

  • Improve strength and bone density
  • Enhance cardiovascular health
  • Support balance and coordination
  • Reduce falls risk
  • Promote independence and long-term wellbeing

Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to build on an existing routine, our Healthy Aging Group Classes offer the guidance, structure, and community support to help you move better, feel better, and age well.
